This elegant and spacious three-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance. A small hallway leads you to the open and spacious living area including the dining area and the kitchen. Prepare your home made recipes in your own fully equipped kitchen which offers you a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave.  The comfortable lounge area features a flat screen and a large sofa on which you can sit and relax with your family and friends after a long day exploring the city. This beautiful decorated living area is a great setting were you and your family or friends can enjoy each others company. In the hallway you can find the first bathroom which features a shower, toilet and sink. The first bedroom is located next to the living area on the front side of the apartment. The second bedroom is situated on the backside of the apartment and also features an own sink and bathtub. The third bedroom is located in the guest house in the garden which also features a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All three rooms offer a double bed and more than enough storage room. Two French doors give access to the garden which also features a nice picnic table. This charming apartment, located just outside the famous canal belt, offers you a peaceful and cosy stay in Amsterdam and is an ideal hideaway for families with children, couples and guests traveling for business. 

The location

Livia’s Hideaway 5 is conveniently located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Amsterdam’s city centre. With a nice view on theKostverloren canal and right around the corner of the famousl and peaceful Vondelpark, this charming apartment allows you to experience Amsterdam as a local and feel instantly at home. The long and diverse Overtoom street offers a nice verity of interesting interior and design shops, local bars and tasteful culinary experiences. Visit one of the many small local grocery shops in the neighbourhood or the Ten Katestreet open market to stock up your fridge with delicious fresh products and treats. Take a minute for your self and have a nice walk thru the beautiful and green Vondelpark. Twenty minutes walk thru this park will get you to the the museum quarter neighbourhood, home to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, museum of modern art and the famous shopping street the PC-Hoofdstraat. The city centre is easily accessible by tram which departs nearby the apartment. However, bike and boat rentals are just around the corner.

Please note that this apartment is located in a residential area and therefore is not suitable for guests with the intention to party. Also please note that one bedroom is located in the garden house and is only accessible through the garden.
