For the rental of this apartment we request a security deposit of €350,-. This security deposit needs to be paid for at check-in and can only be done by card. This amount will be refunded upon check-out on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred during the entire stay.
Please be informed that the check-in and key collect is at the apartment itself. Our guaranteed check-in time is at 15:00. Please note that an additional €50,- is charged for check-in’s after 20:00

Please note that due to the building’s architecture with a steep staircase, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to four guests and this limit may not be exceeded by any means. When noticed, you will need to leave the apartment immediately, without any refund of the rent and deposit.
